Sos Septic Or Sewer

We've always had good, prompt service from SOS for pump-outs, routine and emergency. So, when it was finally time to replace our 38-year-old septic system, we didn't hesitate to hire SOS. The crew was professional, courteous and respectful of our property. They were organized and efficient. Clean-up and restoration of our backyard was top notch. We recommend SOS without reservation.

They came out 2-3 months ago and charged us to empty both septic tanks (gray water and black water) but only one tank was emptied. Please do not use this company!! We ended up calling a different company to come out and they showed us that our gray water tank was completely full and needed to be emptied. I saw a review elsewhere that stated the same thing happened to them. Avoid this company if you don't want to be ripped off.

Just had 2 of their guys out on Christmas Eve!! They drained my grey water tank and we all got down on unclogging the pipe picture #2!! The 2 tech's were great. They knew exactly what they were doing. Thanks for the prompt service on short notice!

I called sos today and they came right out to my house in Palm Bay. They sent 2 guys ahead of truck to start digging. And truck showed up shortly after. I had to have an emergancy septic pumping for a Saturday morning. The price was reasonable, and the people were very helpful and professional. The gentleman that came to do the work was efficient and friendly. I highly recommend this company for your needs, especially in a weekend emergancy.

Nate from SOS arrived at the time appointed and explained all that he was doing as he dug and identified the filter being clogged. He diligently prepared for the arrival of the pump truck. Rico and Kevin also described the process and all three gentlemen gave helpful hints about maintaining a healthy septic to avoid trouble. We can't leave out the wonderful receptionist who set up the appointment and followup phone call to verify the appointment time. Thank you, SOS!!

We called the SOS team on a Saturday afternoon and they fit us in for the next morning. It was unfortunate to have to have a situation that required a weekend fee (which every company would have) but they earned every penny and will have my future business and referrals. Brandon was an excellent service technician and even took the time to turn his work into a science lesson for our kids who homeschool. He also thoroughly explained what happened to our septic system and what we could do to try and prevent the issue again. We learned a lot, Brandon resolved the issue quickly, left the area clean, was extremely professional and dare I say, made the experience fun for our family!

Left my yard destroyed, tiles not straight & sinking in. Busted sprinkler system. Didn’t even care to tell me that they did it they just covered it with dirt. When I discovered it, I called to let them know & they said they aren’t responsible. For $300 you could leave my yard like you found it and at least told me that you broke my irrigation system. Don’t use this company!
